General information and conditions

Prices are respectively in Euro per person / day with all eva, included services and taxes, excl. Local taxes of  € 2.00 per adult/day for the whole year.

Top location: The entrance to the Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn is located directly behind the eva,VILLAGE 4-stars Hotel. Our house is in the center of Saalbach, only 30 meters from the Kohlmaismahn, 80 m from the Bernkogel valley station and 200 meters from the Schattbergbahn. A child-friendly departure also ends behind the eva,VILLAGE. Also during après-ski you sit in our 4-stars Hotel in the front row. The eva,ALM - our quaint Skialm - is located just outside the hotel.

Booking

To fix your reservation definitively, we require a deposit of 30% for the room, by means charge-free bank transfer to our account.

cancellations

CANCELLATION GUIDELINES:

• Room cancellations are only valid when written.
• From 30 days before arrival, we charge 50% cancellation fee from the total price.
• From 14 days before arrival, we charge 70% cancellation fee from the total price.
• From 7 days before arrival and no-shows, we charge 90% cancellation fee from the total price.
• A 14 days right of withdrawal corresponding to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG is not possible.

  underground parking

  In the winter season € 18.20 per day, in the summer of € 8,90 per day. Pet € 28,00 per day (please bring dog blanket and basket). From a general consideration of the access in the restaurant and eva, SPA is not allowed with the pet. We reserve the right to include a possible cleanup in the bill.
