Why aren't all of my stays shown?
Are you sure that the stays are within the calculation period. The deadline is always 01.12. All stays since December 1st, 2017 count up to December 1st, 2020.

My stay is not shown, even though it was in the specified period?
Was your stay a direct booking or did you book through a booking platform or a travel agency? If so, then this stay does not count towards the eva, Circle, because unfortunately only direct bookings can be used here

I meet all the criteria, but still my points were not counted.

How can I register for eva, CIRCLE?
You can simply register again at any time under https://eva-rewards.dailypoint.com . There are no admission criteria for eva, CIRCLE - everyone is welcome to become our friend. ;-)

I'm having problems and can't get any further with the registration?
No problem, write an email to marketing@evahotels.com and we will be happy to help you.

Is participation free of charge?
But of course, this is a program for our friends after all.

How long are my KOMMAs and my status level valid?
Until the next deadline - November 30th, 2021 - all your KOMMAs and your status level since December 1st, 2017 are valid. From December 1st, 2021, the last 37 months will apply again and will therefore go back to December 1st, 2017.

What can I do in my personal eva, CIRCLE profile?
There you can always see your KOMMAs and your status level. You can also exchange your KOMMAs there for exclusive overnight packages and great rewards. Of course, you can also change your personal profile data and enter a new postal address or email address.

Do I get a club card?
Since your money bag is probably already full, we thought that we would save the card. But of course the information about your status level and the number of your KOMMAs is stored in our system and you can ask us about it at the reception at any time.

How can I cancel my membership?
You don't want to be friends with us anymore? That's a pity. Of course, you can delete your membership in eva, Circle at any time. To do this, simply write a short email to marketing@evahotels.com and we will delete your membership directly. All KOMMAs and your status level will then also expire.
