Flexible Cancelation or new date - summer booking 2021

As clear as the fresh mountain air and a fantastic view of the summit - our cancellation conditions & securities for your summer holiday 2021 are just as clear and uncomplicated.

The following cancellation conditions therefore apply to summer 2021:

• Can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival or a new date can be selected.
• From 14 days before arrival we charge a 70% cancellation fee of the total price
• From 7 days before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price 
• If your country issues a travel warning for our Saalbach region due to the epidemiological situation, you can of course rebook to a new appointment free of charge and uncomplicated. The reservations department will be happy to help you find a new period here (tariffs according to the price list).

During the last few months we have been able to adapt all of our internal processes and employee tasks to the COVID-19 situation. So nothing stands in the way of eva, an exciting, relaxing and wonderful summer!
We also trust in virocidal cleaning agents, regular hand washing, hand disinfection stands, mouth and nose protection etc. & in "little heads"! Clever distance and keeping a smart distance not only protect you but also those around you. The health of all of us is the most important good! The Unterkofler family and the eva team are convinced of this. Of course, we attach great importance to always communicating all currently applicable hygiene measures in a transparent, easily understandable and clear manner and of course observing them. Nevertheless it means for everyone: Keep your head on! Be clever! Keep your distance & enjoy your vacation!
