Cristal-clear cancelation & refunding - winter 2020/21

As clear as the cool fresh mountain air in winter - as clear and uncomplicated are our cancellation conditions for your winter vacation. 

For this winter 2020/21 and summer 2021 the following cancellation conditions apply:  

• until 14 days before arrival free of charge cancelable or new date selectable.
• from 14 days before arrival we charge 70% cancellation fee of the total price
• from 7 days before arrival we charge 90% cancellation fee of the total price
   
• If your country issues a travel warning for the region Saalbach due to the epidemic situation, you can rebook to a new date free of charge. The reservation department will be happy to help you find a new period here (tariffs according to the price list). 

During the last months we were able to adapt our entire internal processes and employee tasks to the COVID-19 situation - so we are ready for a safe & wonderful winter season!
Like everyone in private, we also rely on virocidal cleaning products, regular hand washing, hand disinfection stands, mouth and nose protection etc. BUT also on "Smartness"!
