CARNIVAL PARTY Put Your Hat On REVIEW
We all love fancy dress - whether as children during playtime or as adults during the annual carnival season. Princess, pirate, cowboy, or clown: it’s wonderful to conceal your identity behind a facade for a few moments.
On Tuesday, everyone at the eva,VILLAGE was infected by carnival fever.
Funny costumes, beaming faces, and a lively atmosphere in a casual ambience resulted in an unforgettable time in the Alpine 4-star superior hotel in the heart of the famous Austrian ski resort.
The youngest guests were in a cheerful mood as early as the afternoon. During a handicraft session, laughing faces and shining eyes outshone the magnificent mountain rather. The little ones struggled to finish their perfect hats and decorated their headgear with witty accessories. Their creative outputs were rewarded with a tasty children’s cocktail. The hustle and bustle was only a foretaste of the festivities planned for the evening.
Our waiters were part of the exceptional decorations within the premises. Dressed as funny clowns - with ring socks, hats, and oversized bow ties - they offered our guests a tasty strawberry aperitif as a welcome drink. The aim was to whet the appetite for the culinary delights of the carnival menu.
Adequately strengthened, our guests watched the evening unfold. The band got the crowd going and didn’t take long until the first dancers entered the dance floor.
Laughing guests moved in and joined the polonaise line to celebrate the night together. The hosts, the Unterkofler family, was right in the middle of all the action too.
Country borders and language barriers soon disappeared and everyone was infected by the great atmosphere.
The aforementioned atmosphere meant that the so-called “carnival society” celebrated deep into the cold winter’s night of Saalbach. It is safe to say that most guests went to bed with unforgettable holiday experiences in the eva,VILLAGE.
After a short night, glorious sunshine lured our guests out of their beds.
During breakfast, they exchanged funny stories and events from last night until they all disappeared into the vastness of the Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang ski arena.
