Generation Burger
This development doesn't come as a surprise. Daniela simply cannot stop perfecting the creative burgers on the menu of eva,ALM. After spending almost 8 months in Australia, she is inspired by the continent itself, the ocean, and freedom.
Australia is the origin of the eva, Burger
Following her stint in Australia, the burger ideology was imported directly into the Pinzgau region. Naturally, her creations are made from the best ingredients the area has to offer. The traditional "Vintschgerl" bun doesn't resemble a burger at first glance. Her absolute favourite - "I like all our burgers; every taste is catered for" - is the veggie burger, which obviously only included vegetables. "A healthy and light diet is important to me."
