Food that is ripe in autumn gives you just the right vitamins for the cold season and strengthens your immune system. Less healthy substances accumulate in the body over the darker months, but don't worry: The green power of spring vegetables and salads washes it all out and prepares you for the warmer months.

 

Seasonal food is good for you AND the environment!

You can get seasonal products from regional suppliers, and we love our Salzburg farmers. This way, you are also helping them to live their vocation! If your products don't have to cross half the globe before they arrive in your kitchen, you can also save CO². The local vegetables or fruits should be put to good use as quickly as possible. They have no pesticides or preservatives. That means it needs to be used up quickly, which is great - this way you can get your cooking skills back into action. Yummy…
