NEW IN THE VALLEY – RE-OPENING THE ZWÖLFERKOGELBAHN
It’s been a busy summer of building, tinkering and wrenching. Now it's ready and it's beautiful: The new 10-seat Zwölferkogelbahn. It's not only brand-new and stunning, but quite powerful as well, it can carry up 3.500 people in just one hour.
WOW - HERE’S THE NEW SKI TICKET - LARGER, FARTHER, BETTER!
Starting December 2019, the ski circus will gain a lot more variety – now encompassing the entire Zell am See and Ka-prun areas, including the Kitzsteinhorn glacier! This new ticket is the "Alpin Card", the new gold standard, featuring 408 kilometres of pistes and 121 cable cars. The new 10-seat zellamseeXpress connects our valley from Viehhofen to Zell am See. Enjoy exploring the new slopes!
THE CHALLENGE - SKI YOUR LIMITS!
You're looking for a decent challenge for your winter vacation? Test your limits with the ski challenge. 32 ski lifts, 12,400 metres in altitude and roughly 7 hours later, you've completed your challenge run and will be listed in a ranking. Of course there is a reward for all competitors! So what are you waiting for? Get your skis on and get going!
NEED AN ALTERNATIVE FOR BAD WEATHER DAYS?
If it's stormy and snowing and it's much more comfortable to stay inside the hotel, why not journey through Saalbach on a board game? Just set up the "One day in Saalbach" board and start your journey! This board game is for all ages and is available at the eva, reception.
