Booking

In order to finalise your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the room rate by free bank transfer to our business account.

 

Payment

Cash, Eurocard, Mastercard, VISA or EC-card.

ONE SAFETY TIP – TRAVEL INSURANCE

In order to avoid unnecessary expenses, we recommend you to book a hotel cancellation insurance for vacations in Austria via the Europäische Reiseversicherung – travel insurance. The insurance premium of our partner, the Europäische Reiseversicherung, is only about 5% of the booking! You will not only be covered for cancellation costs and early departure, but also for late check-in (e.g. because of a car breakdown) and an involuntary extension of your stay.

If you want, we can take out the insurance for you. In that case, we need from you:

Your address
Name and date of birth of all the insurance holders and payment of the insurance rate

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations.

 

REGULATION FOR FORCE MAJEURE

In case of "force majeure" (e.g. flood, mudslide, avalanche danger) and thus prevented arrival and/or departure by roadblocks, the hotel does not take on liabilty and compensation.

 

DEPOSIT

Winter: When booking we ask you to pay a deposit of 50% and the other 50% until 4 weeks before arrival, so that the booking is guaranteed. 

Summer: When booking we ask you to pay a deposit of 50% and the other 50% by arrival.

 

PARKING AND MORE

Our rates include all eva, inclusive amenities.The local taxes EUR 2,- per person from 15 years and older per night are not included. Underground parking space: Winter: EUR 18,20 per day and in Summer EUR 8,90 per day.

 

In addition, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply, specifically the General Terms and Conditions of the WKÖ as of 15.11.2006
